Villa Aya is a unique villa property located in Seminyak, Kuta, Bali, 25 minutes from the international Airport Ngurah of Denpasar Bali and 10 minutes walk to the nearest beach. The property consists of 11 private villas with in total of 24 rooms; nine 2-bedroom villas with in between a swimming pool and two 3-bedroom villas with a connecting room and a third bedroom with a swimming pool in between. All villas are surrounded by beautiful tropical gardens.
