Designed by a Jakarta based on architectural firm, designed around traditional Balinese Village layout architecture. Within easy access are Kuta and Legian Beaches. Some of the activities around the Villa are sun bathing, swimming, surfing, shopping, night life, amusement centers.

Surrounding areas are Denpasar city, Sanur Beach, Nusa Dua Resort and Tanah Lot Temple. The complete property it self is very similar to a Balinese Village, with the emphasis being on providing luxury accommodation in a private and spacious environment. The Villas themselves are of wooden construction and designed for travelers who require space, privacy and home comfort when a broad.
