This online hotel and tour reservation service is operated by Baliaccess Holidays Co. ( herein referred to as "Baliaccess.com") in corporation with hotels throughout Bali,Indonesia. All services offered are legal, including reservation, quoted selling rates, published rate from hotels, transaction via internet, banking or other ways determined by Baliaccess.com.

Baliaccess.com are fully responsible for the mentioned services. Responsibility is taken for all reservations made via Baliaccess.com's website and payment made from and for its services. Baliaccess.com are NOT responsible for services provided by hotel chosen by clients.

Baliaccess.com guarantee that you will have the quality of services from hotels as stated in website. The quality of service fully depends on prestige of hotel chosen and it shall be fully responsible for its services to you, clients.

Baliaccess.com are fully responsible for identity of any client who participates in its website and for data received by Baliaccess.com. Any internet user can benefit from Baliaccess.com's services by browsing at database.

Hotel rental rates quoted by Baliaccess.com are base on a per room and per night.

Check-in time is after 02:00 PM, with check-out by 12:00 noon on day of departure.

Extra / additional bed is subject to a per person, per day surcharge.

American Breakfast (ABF) or Continental Breakfast (CBF) and transfers are not included unless otherwise stated in the service.

Breakfast (ABF/CBF) is for two persons in 1 room.

Baliaccess.com rates include 21% tax and service.

Late check-outs or day use of your room is available until 18:00 hrs, the price is 50% off room rate.

Child Policy : Maximum of 1 (one) child 12 years and under , free of charge shearing room with 2 (two) adults without extra bed and meals.

Adhoc group (incentive and conference/meeting) rate available upon request and according to requirements

If your hotel is not on our site, please supply us with details of the hotel and we can follow up for you. Please be aware some Hotels have seasonal surcharges, please read respective conditions carefully before making reservation in order to avoid any misunderstanding of rates. RESERVATION PROCEDURES

Your reservation will be reply at least within 2 x 24 hours and will be proceeding if you fill completely our Reservation Form.

If your reservation is not confirmed we will inform you and give the other suggestion.

To confirm and secure your reservation we request copy both side of your Credit Cards, Copy Photo Page of your Passport, and fulfill Credit Card Authorization Form that will sent after you got the confirmations from which should be send by fax to : +62-361-243579.

Baliaccess.com only could guarantee availability for reservation of room(s), tour(s), and or other services when we have received above documents.

Your credit card only serves as a guarantee, we will not deduct your credit card at the time, it is used only to indicate your seriousness to booking with us.

Your card will only be charged for 1(one) Night rate if you fail to show up or Cancel within 10 Days on Low Season and 30 Days on High Season period on each hotels.
