Perched high above the Ayung River & surrounded by emerald green rice fields, Villa Semana has arguably the absolute best views in Bali. Enhancing the views are the tranquil and serene atmosphere. As such it would be hard to find a more romantic villa in Ubud - ideal for honeymooners and couples wishing to get away from it all. Due to the steep cliff-side, no children are allowed at Villa Semana. Although the villas do not have separate kitchen facilities (except the Presidential Villa) Villa Semana does have a full service restaurant featuring an exciting menu that is also available for room service.




Garden Villa. There are two Garden Villas, each featuring its own private swimming pool that overlooks Villa Semana's wide gardens and ponds. In each villa a large living area with its air-conditioned bedroom leads to a quaint "Balinese-style" indoor/outdoor bathroom.

Deluxe Villa. The unique Deluxe Villas each offer different views of the magnificent padi fields (rice terraces) that surround Villa Semana and are best enjoyed from the relaxed setting of the villa's Bale Bengong (a Balinese open-air pavilion). All Deluxe Villas have "Balinese style" open-air indoor/outdoor bathrooms that blend seamlessly into the spacious air-conditioned bedrooms.

2 Bedroom Villa. The 2 Bedroom Villa is the only villa with two air-conditioned bedrooms. From the upper floor bedroom you can enjoy a spectacular view of the Ayung River and surrounding rice paddies. The lower bedroom/living room gives way to a private pool and sun deck that is perched directly over the Ayung River.

Presidential Villa. The Presidential Villa is a stately two-story villa with air-conditioned bedroom and features its own large private swimming pool that directly overlooks and offers unsurpassed views of Ayung River and Ubud's terraced rice fields across the way. Off by itself, the Presidential Villa provides a serene and peaceful setting to relax and rejunvenate.

Adjacent to the pool is the sun-deck with a champagne-cooling fridge. A separate dining terrace is surrounded by lovely gardens. The open-air ground floor of the villa accommodates the living room and sheltered dining area. There is a private kitchen with optional and exclusive butler service.
